Business Development & Sales Lead

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead our business development and sales efforts. As a key member of our foundational team, you will be responsible for building relationships with educational institutions, tuition centers, and corporate clients to drive the adoption of our white-label learning platform.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting schools and educational organizations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners.
- Lead presentations and negotiations to close partnership deals.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to build brand awareness in the education sector.
- Represent the company's vision and values to all external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- A deep passion for education and technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Alignment with our core philosophy of privacy, empowerment, and true learning over surveillance.
